Has anyone else been feeling tired, anxious and overwhelmed the last couple of weeks?

Some attribute it to mercury retrograde, others attribute it to a hectic schedule. Irrespective of the category you put it in, life is not getting easier and we are in fact as a society becoming more anxious, depressed and out of control.

So how do we combat our fast paced, overachieving nature to find calm among the chaos? The answer is; YOUR BREATH.

Take a deep breath in. Now let it out. Do you notice the immediate difference in how you feel? Your breath is a powerful tool to ease stress, anxiety and positively impact your health.
