Preconception health is not just about the female, it’s also about the male (it takes two to tango). Men’s health is just as important for conceiving a healthy baby.
Research tells us that we pass on ALL of our DNA to our baby at the time of conception. These genes are a set of building blocks for the growth and development of a baby. If you or your partner are feeling your best (physically and mentally) you will pass on that specific DNA to your baby at that point in time. AMAZING!
Diet and lifestyle are the fundamental building blocks for fertility. Undertaking pathology tests (MTHFR DNA testing) to identify current health is also important to understand a female’s supplementation requirements for preconception, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
